1. Can you provide overseas services?
All of our machine provide one time free service for you. Usually once machine shipped to the customer factory, we will go to the factory to help the customer install the machine and also teach them how to use the machine.
2. Can your machine work with 220V, 60HZ or 440V, 50HZ?
Our machine can work with any volts power and HZ power by adding transformers. So before you book the machine, you just tell me your country's volts power and HZ power is ok, then we will match our machine to meet your requirement.
3. If some problem happend, how we deal with that?
We will attach the easy brocken parts for you in case some problem happends.
If something happends that you do not know how to deal with, pls feel free to contact us through email or phone call (11 working hours from 7:30 to 22:30), then we can solve the problem soon.
If some problem happend that we can not slove through email or video, then we will send a service to your factory ASAP.
